SHAWN MARTIN- PRESIDENT/ CEO
Shawn has his degree in Construction Management and has over 30 years of experience in heavy civil and underground utilities, specializing in Natural Gas. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations- his exact reason for founding RussMar Utility Management.
KEVIN GARRETT- DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kevin has his degree in Business Administration and over 28 years of natural gas & underground utilities experience. As Director of Operations, he manages & develops day to day and new operations in all sections including meters, surveys, system management, inspections, compliance, and ensures quality control of employees.
BRANDI MURRIELL- COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Brandi has her MBA & over 19 years of leadership experience in healthcare, public relations, marketing, and organizational development. As Compliance Manager, she applies her expertise in business administration, risk management, and regulatory oversight to support organizational integrity and operational effectiveness.
